1. Brand Origin | Hattingen, Germany

In 1971, in Hattingen, a key hub of German industry, Mr. Eisenhaus—recognized as an authority on ball screws in Germany—founded the IF brand. At that time, Mr. Eisenhaus had already dedicated many years to designing and manufacturing ball screws and contributed to the development of the German DIN69051 standard. Chairman Fan Yanduo, a state-sponsored scholar from the 20 century studying in the 80 decade, trained under Mr. Eisenhaus in Germany to advance ball screw manufacturing processes and jointly develop new technologies for their design and production.

II. Technical Heritage | Pioneers of High-Speed Rotary Milling

In the 20s, Mr. Eisenhower pioneered the application of "high-speed helical milling" in ball screw production. This revolutionary process overcomes key limitations of traditional grinding—such as difficult precision finishing, high costs, and significant hardness loss from quenching at elevated temperatures. Additionally, its optimized track profile enables smoother high-speed operation.

"High-speed helical milling" remains Yifu Screw's core process differentiator—enabling dry cutting, heavy-load cutting, and ultra-high-speed machining with surface roughness as fine as Ra0.4μm and productivity three times that of conventional milling. While maintaining production speed, the ground screws achieve C5 precision after helical milling and can reach C1 precision through high-precision grinding.

III. Growth in China | Deep Local Roots

Today, EFU's production base is located in the Xi'an Guanzhong Comprehensive Bonded Zone. All operations follow German technology and management standards for standardized manufacturing, with raw materials and finished products rigorously inspected and accepted according to German DIN standards. The facility features grinding and helical milling processes, offering a full range of ball screw products along with comprehensive pre-sales technical support and reliable after-sales service.
